Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a person you have designated, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.
If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:
- Sending an email to info@switchitup.shop stating that you wish to withdraw, including your order number.
- Using the model withdrawal form below.
After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the goods back to us.

4. Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store — for clothing, this means you may try items on. However, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Examples of handling that may result in a value deduction: wearing items outside, washing, removing tags, or causing stains or damage.
5. Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We will inform you of the return address after you notify us of your withdrawal. Please use a tracked shipping method — we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being notified of your withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them back, whichever is earliest.
If you chose a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.
If returned goods show diminished value due to handling beyond reasonable inspection, we may deduct a proportional amount from your refund.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@switchitup.shop. In this case:
- Return shipping costs are covered by us.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including all shipping costs.
Your statutory rights under Dutch and EU consumer law regarding product conformity (up to 2 years after delivery) are not affected by this return policy.
